Frazer Jones is pleased to be partnering with a global professional services firm to appoint a dedicated and wellrounded Human Resource Generalist to join their Singapore office. This is a valuable opportunity to support a highperforming HR function within a firm that values excellence, integrity, and employee development.

This individual will be responsible for delivering endtoend HR support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, HR operations, policy administration, employee relations coordination, and HR data management. The role offers broad HR exposure, providing handson experience across multiple HR processes within a dynamic and fastpaced professional services environment, while also supporting regional offices across Southeast Asia and Asia Pacific through partnership on shared initiatives, reporting, and continuous process enhancements.

The successful candidate will be a proactive, organised, and serviceoriented HR professional with strong communication skills and the ability to work confidently with stakeholders. Prior experience in a generalist or HR operations role within professional services or multinational organisation s would be highly valued.
