A MNC with friendly work culture which is a major supplier to Semiconductor industry has an immediate opening for a HR Generalist, 1 year contract.
- Render support across the full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, training & development, employees welfare and benefits, employee engagement and expat administration.
- Support recruitment processes which include coordination with hiring managers, agency and arrange interview logistics.
- Organise training programs, such as managing schedules, registrations, training materials, attendance tracking, feedback collection, and vendor invoicing.
- Provide aid in organizing and coordinating employee engagement initiatives, events and etc
- Provide day-to-day HR support to employees such as addressing queries and ensuring smooth HR service delivery.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management review.
- Support ad-hoc task and projects
Requirement:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent.
- Possesses at least 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in HR generalist or equivalent.
- Detailed and meticulous
- Good business acumen, able to demonstrate flexibility and ability to execute and deliver on time with quality.
- Able to interact with all levels of employees and work as a team player.
- Knowledge with HRIS systems, particularly Workday, will be an advantage
