Job Title: HR & Finance Assistant

About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented HR & Finance Assistant to support our daily HR and finance operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive and comfortable handling both people matters and numbers.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
. Support recruitment process including posting job ads and arranging interviews
. Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documents
. Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation
. Assist with payroll processing and leave administration
. Handle CPF submissions and statutory compliance matters
. Support performance management and employee engagement activities
Finance
. Process payments and receipts accurately and in a timely manner
. Assist with accounts payable and receivable
. Monitor petty cash and expense claims including travel expenses and freight payments
. Liaise with external accountant or vendors on finance related matters
. Maintaining SharePoint folders and organizing internal documentation
. Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
. 1 to 3 years of relevant experience preferred
. Familiar with Singapore employment regulations and CPF matters
. Basic accounting knowledge and understanding of financial processes
. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
. Good organizational skills and attention to detail
. Able to handle confidential information with discretion
