1. Maintain and update employee records (including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, work passes, etc.), ensuring all documentation is accurate, confidential, and compliant with Singapore's Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations.
2. Assist with the application, renewal, cancellation, and related processes for foreign employees work passes (WP/SP/EP).
3. Assist in the preparation of monthly payroll by collecting attendance records, overtime data, leave records, etc.
4. Coordinate administrative aspects of the recruitment process, such as interview scheduling, issuing offer letters, and preparing onboarding materials.
5. Assist in organizing employee activities and training arrangements.
6. Handle daily HR-related correspondence and administrative documentation.
7. Manage basic accounts receivable and payable tasks, including invoice issuance, verification, and recording.
8. Review, record, and follow up on employee expense claims and reimbursements.
9. Assist in recording bank transactions, reconciliation, and daily income/expense entries.
10. Maintain proper filing and safekeeping of accounting vouchers and documents to ensure complete and organized records.
11. Assist in preparing basic financial reports and monthly management reports (e.g., sales data summaries).
12. Liaise with accountants or external financial agencies as necessary for administrative coordination.
