Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations

  • Participate in manpower planning, providing suggestion on manpower requirements, advise on statutory requirements and provide projected manpower costing.

  • Ensure the delivery of HR Services is executed efficiently and in compliance with local rules and regulations.

  • Support all leave and benefits administration (including insurance), as well as handle monthly payroll process, work pass administration and participate in government surveys.

  • Own the employees data along the life cycle from the onboarding to termination process (e.g. payroll changes, termination documents)

  • Manage processes on staff's confirmation, contract renewal, resignation, and salary review exercises.

  • Monitor headcount changes and compilation of HR reports.

  • Timely follow up on the off-boarding process, ensuring exit interviews and exit clearance are appropriately completed.

  • Responds to changes in Employment Act by reviewing policies and procedures in place.

  • Facilitate annual performance appraisal exercise and bonus exercise.

  • Any other ad-hoc HR projects as assigned.

Learning & Development (L&D)

  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis on a regular basis for Singapore business entities.

  • Develop, communicate and manage annual training plan to meet the training needs identified.

  • Develop and maintain Job Training Matrix.

  • Review and document new training processes to fulfil new standards (if any)

  • Maintain accurate training records and update records on a timely basis.

  • Monitor and follow up on the training bonds and sponsorship matters.

  • Liaise with relevant government agency and follow up on Training Grants.

  • Ensure all training claims are submitted and returned to the company.

  • As originator of Competence and Training Standard Operating Procedure, to be responsible for initiation and revision of documents.

  • Facilitate both internal and external trainings.

Competence (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):

  • Well-versed in Ministry of Manpower guidelines and regulations.

  • Knowledge on the ISO 13485 Quality Manual and relevant Standard Operating Procedures.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate personal and professional integrity.

  • Keen sense of discretion and confidentiality.

  • Demonstrate functional competence in the Recruitment and L&D function.

  • Works independently within guidelines, defined procedures and direction.

Education & Experience:

. Minimum Degree in Human Resources Management or its equivalent.

. Possess minimum 5 years of relevant Human Resources experience.
