JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a mature, committed, and responsible candidate to join us as HR Executive for Unidive Subsea Pte Ltd.
The candidate shall provide day-to-day support in a broad-spectrum HR and Administrative functions where there are opportunities to contribute and grow in the process.
1. Recruitment & Selection
- Handle recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview arrangement and selection.
- Handle onboarding for new hires and offboarding for resigned employees.
- Update and maintain employee Personal file and information in Info-Tech HR system.
2. MOM Work Pass Administration
- Monitor and handle work pass issuance, renewal, and cancellation.
- Handle MOM Surveys.
3. Payroll
- Payroll administration, including computation of OT hours on manual submission of OT records.
- Submission of tax clearance and assist in IR8A submission.
- Administration of leave benefit and medical reimbursement.
- Ensure the accuracy of payroll records in the system, and alignment with MOM guidelines, and internal policies and procedures.
4. Performance Management Administration
- Monitor and prepare appraisal form for confirmation and salary adjustments.
- Prepare salary adjustment letters and ensure latest information are correctly entered into Info-Tech HR system.
5. Training & Development
- Monitor, source and booking employees for regular training.
- Follow up on training evaluation.
- Organising employee cohesion days and events
6. Dormitory & Office Administration
- Administration of Dormitory, including monitoring movement of residents.
- Administration of vehicle insurance renewal and road tax.
- General office administration, including update phone and email listing.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies, such as stationery, copy paper.
7. Other HR Activities
- Supports the organization through implementation of human resources programmes and activities.
- liaising with various embassy attachés
- Any other duties as assigned by line manager / Management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource management or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar capacity.
- Committed and responsible with a strong sense of urgency.
- Proven ability to work independently and excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Resourceful with good problem-solving skills.
- Possess a good work attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of Singapore employment-related laws and regulations.
- Knowledge in Info-Tech is an advantage.
