Job Responsibilities
.Handling HR function for 6 Childcare Centres
.Responsible for the hiring process on recruitment, selection and screening of staff
.Monitoring of employees employment contract expiry, permit expiry and confirmation due date
.Maintain & updating staff personal file
.Preparation of Monthly HR Reports
.Review HR policies & processes and ensure compliance to statutory requirement
.Administer staff benefits (such as Leave Records, Insurance claim, Medical claim etc)
.Coordinate and arrange for work pass medical examination and processing / collection of work pass
.Process training applications and filing for training grants, (if required)
.Process employees insurance claim (if any)
.Compile Monthly Relief Staff Timesheets for Payroll processing
.Manage all matters relating to submission of government required surveys and mandatory documentations
.General HR administration, such as preparation of appointment letters, confirmation letter etc
.Process government paid maternity leave, childcare leave reimbursement etc
Job Requirement
.Preferably with Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
.Minimum 1 - 2 years HR administration experience
.Well-versed with Singapore Employment Act and HR related practices
.Good communication and interpersonal skills
.Able to work independently with minimal supervision and provide professional HR knowledge to management and staffs
.Able to start work within short notice
