Job Description

  • Support with new hire recruiting, screening, interview scheduling, and all other related things.
  • Perform orientation, prepare appointment letters and relevant documents for new hire.
  • In-charge of handling work permit applications and related matters.
  • Employee benefits administration includes medical records, insurance claims, a leave system, and a yearly leave projection.
  • Develop and maintain records, ensure complete accuracy and confidentiality for all employees.
  • Managing government funds and claims, administering, and organizing training sessions. (Maternity and Paternity Claims, etc.)
  • Submission of overseas travel insurance claims and annual renewal.
  • Manage business travel for employees, including flight and hotel reservations, as well as visa applications.
  • Hands-on expertise with payroll calculations at the worker level, such as overtime calculation and claim verification.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • With Diploma or Higher in related field.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in related working experience.
  • Well-versed in MS Office Applications.
  • Knowledge with HRMS System is a plus.
