Drive key human capital strategies to enhance staff retention, organizational culture, and employee health across the business.

• Lead the planning, execution, and assessment of staff wellness initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and oversee the delivery of health-related workshops and organizational engagement events.
• Provide administrative and secretarial governance support for cross-functional employee wellness committees.
• Analyze workforce feedback data and mental health survey results to design actionable engagement strategies.
• Assist leadership with employee assistance schemes and prepare regulatory incident reports within set deadlines.

skills and experience required.

• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in employee wellness, engagement, or culture building roles.
• Proven capability in managing projects with strong attention to detail and resilience toward deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across all organizational levels.
• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting workforce data or building HR dashboards considered a plus.
