Job Description

We are seeking a Human Resources Executive (Talent Management / Recruitment) to support our growing education organisation. This role focuses on recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee lifecycle management across our Preschool, Kindergarten Care, and other business divisions.

As an HR Executive, you will manage end-to-end recruitment, support talent management initiatives, and ensure HR compliance, including work pass administrationunder Singapore regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to build strong experience in human resources, recruitment, and talent acquisition within the education sector.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer management
  • Partner with hiring managers to fulfil manpower needs across Preschool and Kindergarten divisions
  • Support recruitment across other business units as required
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and HR documentation
  • Enhance employer branding and job advertisement effectiveness

2. Talent Management

  • Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding and offboarding
  • Conduct exit interviews and manage exit clearance processes
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation

3. Internship Programme & Career Conversion Programme (CCP)

  • Manage internship programmes and talent pipelines with partner institutions such as National Institute of Early Childhood Development (NIEC) and KLC International Institute
  • Coordinate Career Conversion Programme (CCP) processes, including submissions, onboarding, and documentation
  • Track and follow up on grant and claims submissions with relevant stakeholders

4. Practicum Coordination & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as key liaison for practicum placements with training institutions
  • Coordinate schedules, documentation, and feedback processes
  • Manage communication with internal stakeholders and external partners

5. Work Pass Administration & HR Compliance

  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
  • Ensure compliance with regulations by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM)
  • Maintain proper documentation and monitor work pass status

6. Employee Engagement & HR Initiatives

  • Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities and HR events
  • Contribute to initiatives that enhance employee experience and organisational culture

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • 1-3 years of HR experience in recruitment, HR operations, or talent acquisition
  • Candidates with internship experience in HR or recruitment are welcome to apply
  • Familiarity with Singapore HR practices and MOM work pass processes is an advantage
  • Experience in preschool, early childhood, or education sector will be beneficial
