Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process e.g. job postings, interviews and new-hire orientation
- Develop and maintain recruitment channels e.g. Linkedin and Career Portals
- Initiate Talent Attraction and Employer Branding activities e.g. Campus Outreach programs and Career Fairs
- Conduct interviews for candidates to access their personality fit, culture fit and abilities
- Support new-hires in their onboarding program
- Foster a positive work environment that aligns with our values and purpose
- Maintain relationships with qualified candidates, to establish and maintain a talent pool that provides internal sourcing capability
- Support the HR department in any ad-hoc projects e.g. employee engagement activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Enjoy working in teams
- Highly motivated, creative and flexible
