Profile Overview
This role will be primarily focusing on Talent Acquisition (80%) and Employee Relations (20%). There will be ample opportunities to learn with room to grow in a fast, hypergrowth environment. In this role, you will play a crucial part in attracting top talent, collaborating with hiring managers, and enhancing our employer brand. Talent Acquisition (80%)
Manage end to end recruitment cycle - hunt for prospective talents, manage job postings, arrange & conduct interviews, negotiate hiring offers, conduct orientations and on/off board team members
Ensure that on/off board documents and requirements are accurate
Plan and implement a recruitment marketing and employer branding strategy to attract high-quality applicants
Source and recruit candidates by using various recruitment portals or social media
Communicate with hiring managers regarding the status of the recruiting process
Utilise test assessments tools to profile & select potential candidates
Act as a first point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Suggest new ideas for improving candidate experience and engagement
Support the company's human resource department in any other ad hoc/operation duties
Employee Relations (20%)
Research and propose creative strategies of improving the company's culture - organise & liaise with external companies whenever necessary for company events/ activities, e.g. movie nights, sports activities
Upkeep of a highly engaged, positive and transparent work environment for the employees by fostering a sense of community and team building
Manage and address employees work-related queries
Make team members well-being a priority - be flexible, passive and a listening ear when receiving feedback
Support the company's human resource department in any other ad hoc/operation duties

Basic ($3,000.00 - $4,500.00) + Incentives + Annual Bonuses

Strong interpersonal and communication skills both spoken and written
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound recommendations
Degree or Diploma in any relevant field
Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either in-house or agency)
