As a Senior HR Executive (Contract), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Manage the full hiring cycle for permanent and contract roles, from job postings to offer and onboarding documentation.
- Ensure all recruitment activities align with data protection and fair employment regulations.
- Provide weekly recruitment updates to senior HR leadership and track key hiring metrics.
- Prepare and submit monthly headcount variance reports to Finance.
- Process staffing agency agreements and invoices for approval.
- Plan and conduct periodic onboarding sessions for new employees.
- Oversee the complete employee exit process and administer re-employment in line with relevant legislation.
- Handle the full lifecycle of work authorization passes, including applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Manage periodic grant claim submissions and ensure timely updates to insurance and medical providers for employee coverage changes.
- Assist in HR-led initiatives, company events, and any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
