Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment Support
Manage the full recruitment cycle-from job postings and resume screening to interview coordination, candidate follow-up, and onboarding. - HR Data Analysis
Track and analyze recruitment data, and present key HR metrics to support decision-making. - Process Improvements
Identify and implement enhancements to recruitment workflows that improve speed, efficiency, and candidate experience. - Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver a seamless recruitment process. - Any other duties as assigned by HR Manager
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Strong passion for high-volume recruitment and talent acquisition
- Proficient in Excel functions such as PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and basic data visualization
- A proactive learner with a growth mindset-asks questions, takes initiative, and seeks continuous improvement
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging with stakeholders at all levels
