Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • In charge of foreign staff dormitory to ensure our foreign staff keep the dormitory in a clean, tidy & orderly manner at all times, and to issue cleaning equipment and items to dormitory when needed.
  • Maintain and update employee records with discretion, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with PDPC's regulatory requirements to mitigate any potential PDPA breaches.
  • To support HR Manager in handling of staff's disciplaine, grievances, work conflict and disputes.
  • To support HR's coordination of interviews, onboarding (including offer letters, contracts and all required new hire documentation for local & foreign new hire), offboarding processes (exit interviews, staff repatriation, etc) and liaising with the various supporting departments.
  • To assist and support all HR related events.
  • Any other duties as assigned by HR Manager from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Min Diploma in Human Resource Management or its equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
