In charge of foreign staff dormitory to ensure our foreign staff keep the dormitory in a clean, tidy & orderly manner at all times, and to issue cleaning equipment and items to dormitory when needed.
Maintain and update employee records with discretion, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with PDPC's regulatory requirements to mitigate any potential PDPA breaches.
To support HR Manager in handling of staff's disciplaine, grievances, work conflict and disputes.
To support HR's coordination of interviews, onboarding (including offer letters, contracts and all required new hire documentation for local & foreign new hire), offboarding processes (exit interviews, staff repatriation, etc) and liaising with the various supporting departments.
To assist and support all HR related events.
Any other duties as assigned by HR Manager from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Min Diploma in Human Resource Management or its equivalent.
At least 2 years of relevant experience.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
