About the Role
A hands-on HR role covering payroll, recruitment, and day-to-day HR operations. Suitable for candidates with solid HR fundamentals looking to grow in a well-rounded function.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle monthly payroll, including time attendance and OT verification
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Prepare HR documentation (contracts, confirmation, resignation, termination)
- Ensure timely statutory submissions (CPF, SDL, IR8A, IR21)
- Administer work passes (WP, S Pass, EP, etc.)
- Maintain employee records and HR database
- Process employee claims (NS, maternity, childcare, training grants)
- Support HR projects, training, and internship coordination
- Manage staff insurance and related claims
- Assist with other HR/admin duties
Requirements
- Diploma in HR or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience (more experienced candidates may be considered for Senior level)
- Familiar with Singapore HR regulations (MOM, CPF, IRAS)
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin (for stakeholder communication)
- Detail-oriented, independent, and a team player
