About the Role

We are seeking pro-active and driven Human Resources (HR) Executives to join our growing team. Specifically, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning & development (L&D) function and operation. You will work with the business units to identify skill gaps and training needs, as well as source for and manage external training providers and internal learning resources in handling organisation's learning and development needs.

This is a people-oriented role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building a positive workplace culture. You will work closely with various departments to ensure smooth operations across the group of companies and contribute to initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and organisational effectiveness.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify skills gaps and training needs through analysis, evaluations, and employee feedback.

  • Partner with Heads of Departments and management to support the organisation's Learning & Development initiatives.

  • Source, coordinate, and manage external training providers and internal learning resources.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001).

  • Prepare and manage noncompliance reports.

  • Oversee vendor and contractor management for training-related matters.

  • Maintain effective administrative processes for tracking, recording, and filing all training documents.

  • Build and manage partnerships with external organisations and government agencies for initiatives, funding, grants, and sponsorships.

  • Coordinate internship programmes with educational institutions.

  • Manage government grant applications and related documentation.

  • Serve as the team lead for CSR event planning and coordination.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management or a related discipline

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources

  • Able to interact confidently with business units and external parties
