HR Executive

• Position : HR Executive

• Location: Tai Seng (2 minutes walk from Tai Seng MRT)

• Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,000 + Performance Bonus + Staff Benefits

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry: Food & Beverage

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties

• Assist in payroll preparation and processing including verifying attendance, overtime payment and resignation

• Upkeep and maintain HR database, employee records and prepare all HR letters

• Review, recommend and administer retention/reward/employee benefit schemes for the organisation

• Responsible for monthly reports for management review

• Advice employees on C&B and policy explanation

• Assist in handling employee relation matters such as employee welfare, feedback/grievances

• Ensure timely application, renewal and cancellation of work passes

• Draft disciplinary letters, memos and any other write-ups

• Outlet visitation on staff well-being and conducting exit interview

• Coordinate performance appraisal exercise, consolidate appraisal results, promotions and salary reviews

• In charge of medical reimbursement and WICA reporting

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields

• 2 years of relevant experience required

• Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and MS Office (especially Excel)
