About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive. You will play a pivotal role in the employee lifecycle, from attracting top talent and welcoming new joiners to ensuring our internal policies and records are maintained to the highest standards. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional to deepen their expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
  • Onboarding & Training: Lead the orientation process for new hires and coordinate ongoing training and development programs to enhance team performance.
  • Records Management: Maintain and audit physical and digital P-Files, ensuring all employee documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with data privacy regulations.
  • Policy Development: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating HR policies and the Employee Handbook to align with current labour laws and company goals.
  • HR Generalist Support: Assist in various HR activities, including, employee relations, and welfare initiatives.

Requirements

  • Education:Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in an HR role, specifically within recruitment and training.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of local labour laws and statutory requirements.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Attributes: Excellent communication skills, highly organised, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
