About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and organised HR Executive to join our growing organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates at the early stage of their HR career to gain practical exposure across the full spectrum of Human Resource functions.

You will work closely with Management, department heads and employees while receiving guidance and hands-on experience to develop your HR knowledge and professional skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, employee benefits, performance management, training and employee engagement.

  • Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, coordinating interviews and preparing employment documentation.

  • Coordinate employee onboarding, probation confirmation, transfers, promotions and offboarding processes.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updates in the HR Information System.

  • Assist in monthly payroll preparation by verifying attendance, leave records, overtime, allowances and employee claims.

  • Support work pass administration, including applications, renewals, cancellations and related documentation.

  • Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, reports and other HR-related documentation.

  • Respond to employee enquiries and provide timely HR administrative support.

  • Coordinate training programmes, performance appraisal exercises and employee development initiatives.

  • Organise company events, staff welfare programmes and employee engagement activities.

  • Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures and compliance initiatives.

  • Participate in HR projects, process improvements and other duties assigned by Management.

  • Keep updated with Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations and HR best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources.

  • Basic knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations will be an advantage. Training will be provided.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Organised, responsible and detail-oriented.

  • Proactive, resourceful and willing to learn.

  • Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
