HR Executive - Recruitment & Payroll

• Position: HR Executive - Recruitment & Payroll

• Location: Jurong West

• Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,200 Monthly Basic Salary + Performance Bonus + Medical Benefits

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry: Construction building materials

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, interview coordination and onboarding.

• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes and maintain the required documentation.

• Prepare monthly payroll and verify attendance, leave, overtime and timesheet information.

• Administer employee leave, medical claims and other HR benefits.

• Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems and confidential personnel files.

• Prepare employment letters and other routine HR documentation.

• Support HR reporting and other related HR administration as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.

• At least 3 years of relevant HR experience, including hands-on recruitment, payroll administration and employee lifecycle support.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with HRIS or payroll systems would be advantageous.

• Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple HR deadlines accurately.

• Able to handle confidential employee information professionally.
