Responsibilities:
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Implement hiring strategies via job portals, agencies, and events.
- Set recruitment targets and timelines to meet business needs.
- Screen, interview, and recommend candidates to hiring managers.
- Liaise with staffing agencies and coordinate interview processes.
- Prepare recruitment reports and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide retention feedback.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in semiconductor or manufacturing.
- Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Experienced in handling high-volume hiring.
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot), Outlook, and database systems SAP is an added advantage.
- Experience in non-executive recruitment is a plus.
