Job summary
This role mainly supports the recruitment and HR operations functions. This role will be responsible for coordinating recruitment activities and supporting the full employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth HR processes within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, arranging interviews, and coordinating interview schedules
Conduct follow-ups on interview status and documentation
Perform reference checks and prepare salary proposals
Support the preparation of job offers, Letters of Appointment (LOA), and contract renewals
Onboarding & HR Systems
Coordinate employee induction including introduction to HOD and completion of required forms
Create, maintain, and terminate user accounts for HR systems including Payroll, ERP, Medical & Insurance, and HQ notifications
Maintain and update employee personnel files (P-files)
Employee Lifecycle Management
Manage work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and medical check-up arrangements
Handle resignation processes including acknowledgement, clearance coordination, leave matters, and archiving of employee records
Serve as the point of contact between HODs and employees during offboarding processes
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related discipline
Prior experience in HR recruitment or HR operations will be an advantage
Strong coordination and communication skills
Good organizational ability and attention to detail
