. Responsible for the hiring process on recruitment, selection and screening of staff
. Monitoring of employees employment contract expiry, permit expiry and confirmation due date
. Maintain & updating staff personal file
. Preparation of Monthly HR Reports
. Review HR policies & processes and ensure compliance to statutory requirement
. Administer staff benefits (such as Leave Records, Insurance claim, Medical claim etc)
. Coordinate and arrange for work pass medical examination and processing / collection of work pass
. Process training applications and filing for training grants, (if required)
. Process employees insurance claim (if any)
. Compile Monthly Relief Staff Timesheets for Payroll processing
. Manage all matters relating to submission of government required surveys and mandatory documentations
. General HR function and provide other administrative support and duties as assigned.
