Job description
Reporting to the HR Manager/HR Director, the incumbent will be responsible for overall/end-to-end payroll processes within the organization. As a member of the Human Resources department, you shall be required to contribute to the general department's objective, including attending to employees HR-related queries and maintaining confidential information.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for payroll (Daily, Weekly, and Monthly) processing and handling payroll-related matters
Responsible for ad-hoc payments (e.g., final salary processing, medical claims, letter issuance)
Responsible for statutory payment submissions, such as CPF, IR21, IR8A, etc.
Responsible for the submission of Government Paid Leaves (GPL)
Generate monthly payroll reconciliation and reporting.
Review data changes such as employee information changes, new hires P-file, and leavers final payslips.
Responsible for absentee payroll submission (WSG) and assisting in insurance claim submission
Support the department with projects and attend to employees HR-related queries.
Ensure all payroll computation and payout comply with different local regulations (e.g., MOM, CPF, IRAS)
Strong attention to detail and fast resolution of payroll disputes
Timely submissions on government and insurance claims
One-team mentality zero blame culture, no politics
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the manager
Job Requirements
Diploma in Human Resource Management/Business Admin/Psychology or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the job's essential functions, as determined by the company.
With at least two years of HR/Payroll related work/experience
Ability to handle confidential information.
Able to work and deal with blue-collar employees.
Passionate about learning and enjoys contributing to improving processes
Takes initiative and able to work under pressure.
Good communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of people.
Ability to work independently and efficiently under a tight deadline in a fast-paced environment.
Strong in execution, results-driven, and organized.
High team spirit and commitment, systematic and target-oriented working style.
Must possess a high level of integrity and a positive working attitude.
Good knowledge of MS Office eg. MS Excel & Word.
