HR Executive (Payroll Focus + Generalist)

Position: HR Operations Executive (Payroll Focus)
Location: Singapore CBD
Package: Basic + AWS + VB
After probation, hybrid WFH will be applied.

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Executive with strong payroll experience to support multiple business entities in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Administration

• Ensure timely and accurate employee data input

• Process monthly payroll and submit CPF reports

• Maintain employment records and prepare related documentation

• Support government surveys and third-party reporting

• Generate payroll reports and maintain up-to-date payroll records

HR Admin

• Update and maintain employee database

• Support HRIS enhancements and system improvements

• Analyze system functions and assist in identifying modification requirements

• Process payroll-related updates the attendance, leave, allowances, housing, etc.

• Support travel administration

• Process vendor invoices and internal cost allocations

Requirements

• 3-5 years of HR Operations experience, with strong payroll exposure

• Good knowledge of payroll computation, CPF, and MOM regulations

• Experience with HRIS systems

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team
