Location: Tai Seng (North East)
Position: HR Executive (Payroll) - CK (JobID: 20280)
Salary: basic up $4,500 + AWS + VB (5-7 months) + allowances
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
-Manage and process payroll accurately and timely, including compliance with statutory requirements and Personal Income Tax (PIT) regulations. Candidates with experience in Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, and/or Thailand payroll and tax regulations are preferred.
-Support corporate tax (CIT), personal income tax (PIT), withholding tax, and other tax-related matters, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
-Assist with basic accounting functions, including financial record maintenance, reconciliations, and coordination with finance stakeholders where required.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
-Review, update, and administer HR policies, procedures, and employee documentation to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
-Compile, analyze, and maintain HR and business-related data for reporting, statistical analysis, and management reporting purposes.
- Monitor changes in employment legislation and regulatory requirements, ensuring HR practices remain compliant with applicable Employment Acts and labor regulations.
- Provide administrative support and handle ad-hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
-Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, with at least 2 years of relevant HR, payroll, administration, or accounting experience.
-Knowledge of payroll processing and statutory requirements, including personal income tax, corporate tax, withholding tax, and related compliance matters.
- Basic knowledge in Accounting
-Familiarity with Singapore MOM regulations, Employment Act requirements, and HR best practices.
-Experience with Infotech payroll and HR systems will be an advantage.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
-Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
-Positive attitude with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform effectively under pressure.
- Good interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
-Willingness and flexibility to travel when required.
