We are looking for a motivated HR Executive (Part Time) to join our team!
This role is suitable for individuals who are keen to gain hands-on exposure in HR, recruitment, training support, and light marketing-related work.
The responsibilities of this role are:
- Support recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
- Assist in preparing candidate profiles, shortlists, job advertisements, and recruitment-related content.
- Assist in preparing training materials, presentation slides, and learning content.
- Coordinate training sessions, including logistics, attendance tracking, and follow-up matters.
- Support simple marketing tasks such as social media captions, basic visuals, and content updates.
- Help maintain templates, databases, and internal process documents.
- Assist with any other HR, training, or administrative duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, and digital tools.
- Tech-savvy and willing to learn new systems or AI tools.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous, organised, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
