Job Description

Inprocessing Duties

  1. WP/EP/S-Pass Application.

  2. WP/EP/S-Pass Issuance.

  3. Contract signing.

  4. Document record keeping.

  5. Bank Account Applications.

  6. Medical Report Liaison

  7. WP Collection Notifications.

  8. Equipment/Uniform Issuance.

  9. Renewal of existing passes.

  10. Collection & distribution of physical passes.

Outprocessing Duties

  1. WP/EP/S-Pass Cancellation

  2. Exit Clearance

  3. Purchase of tickets for employees returning to their home country.

Recruitment Administration

  1. Renewal of Jobs Bank ads.

  2. Ad posting in various other channels.

  3. Responding to incoming recruitment communications.

  4. Assist with onboarding from ops side once a candidate is confirmed.

Payroll Duties

  1. Weekly checking of past week roster.

  2. Monthly payroll calculation and submission.

  3. CPF Submissions

  4. Adjustments for Reimbursements.

  5. Adjustments for Tax Withholding.

Leave Administration

  1. Record keeping of AL/PH/MC.

Ad-Hoc Duties

  1. Assisting HR Manager

  2. Ad-hoc general administrative duties.
