Manage work permit renewals, including downloading expiry lists from MOM, arranging medical check-ups, purchasing security bonds, renewing permits via WPOL, and updating expiry dates in HR systems.
Oversee dormitory management by monitoring workforce headcount, ensuring alignment with manpower forecasts, reallocating workers to optimize capacity, terminating rooms when necessary, and updating OFWAS records.
Verify and process invoices such as PCP, medical bills, security bonds, insurance, and air tickets for resigned workers, and submit them for payment.
Handle WICA and common law claims, GH&S, and foreign worker medical insurance claims, including issuing Letters of Guarantee, monitoring medical conditions, managing work permit status changes, and coordinating legal processes.
Administer foreign worker passports, including issuance, return, and monitoring expiry dates.
Manage PCP allocation and ensure compliance with OFWAS requirements.
Coordinate workers training programs (CSOC, CoreTrade, and ad-hoc) and maintain accurate records in HR systems and training matrices.
Process appeals to MOM for waiver of penalties related to overstaying fines.
Update transfers between entities in HR systems, including dormitory addresses, OFWAS, and PCP details.
Support staff welfare initiatives, such as arranging gifts for newborns and condolence wreaths.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in construction or manpower management.
Familiarity with MOM regulations, WPOL, OFWAS, and HR systems (e.g., HRiQ).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
