About Us:

Wonder Engineering is a Singapore-based instrumentation company specializing in tank storage instruments and temperature solutions for refineries and petrochemical process plants. With 15 years of operations in Singapore, we serve clients across Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand, with installations in China, Australia, Vietnam, and the Middle East. As we continue to expand, we are seeking dedicated professionals to join our team at our newly expanded office at 8 Pandan Crescent.

Work Location: 8 Pandan Crescent, Singapore
Work Schedule: 5 working days per week

Responsibilities:

  • Handle HR functions including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and benefits.
  • Manage government grants, work pass applications, and HR compliance.
  • Oversee office administration and operations.
  • Ensure company policies comply with MOM regulations.
  • Manage a team size of 20 to 30 employees in Singapore.

Requirements:
4-5 years of HR or administrative experience.
Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Familiarity with MOM regulations, government grants, and HR compliance.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
