Job Description -

  • Manage the recruitment process -- job postings, resume screening, interview arrangements
  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Handle work pass applications, renewal and cancellation
  • Maintain and update employee records
  • Handle office and staff recreational activities
  • Manage government grant and submit all claims
  • Assist in training arrangements and training grant application
  • Assist in staff insurance i.e. WICA or medical injuriesHandle administrative matters involving staff welfare
  • Handle administrative matters involve staff welfare

Job Requirements

  • Possess at least a professional certificate in Human Resource Management or related fields
  • Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR Practices
  • Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
