Responsibilities:
Manage the on-boarding / off-boarding process for those managers that you are supporting
Execute monthly Salary adjustment, computing of temp staff salary pay out and verifying of manual claims submission, etc.
Process and cancel of work pass application through EPOnline and WPOnline system
Prepare employment contracts, certification letters and other HR related letters
Maintain accurate HR database and update employee records in the HRMS and P-files
Assist with monthly HR reports
Provide administrative support
Other ad hoc HR functions as and when required
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of related experience
Good knowledge of Employment Act, CPA Act and IRAS
Knowledge in Prosoft HRMS preferred
