Job Purpose:
To ensure the accurate, timely, and high-quality execution of daily HR operations and administrative processes, including but not limited to payroll and salary administration, employee records management, and benefits coordination. This role also plays a key part in supporting group-level HR initiatives and projects by contributing to policy implementation, compliance, and the improvement of HR systems and workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from job posting to onboarding orientation.
- Manage daily HR operations duties from administrative to functional support, ensuring processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with business needs.
- Ensure prompt and accurate salary administration (payroll function, pension contributions, taxation) in compliance with all statutory requirements.
- Update and maintain employee database in HRIS (PayBoy) system.
- Assist in staff and office insurance renewals, claims, policies and employee movement.
- Consolidate and prepare monthly HR reports on workforce statistics and Selling, General & Administrative (SG&A) concerning HR perimeter.
- Participate in group/local remuneration surveys and conduct periodic benchmarking in reviewing internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Participate and provide inputs for statutory surveys and submission.
- Administer and coordinate training and development programs.
- Support and implement HR policies and procedures, initiatives and programmes.
- Support group HR initiative/projects and task when required.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.
Attributes:
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in HR related field or 2 years of HR related experience.
- Adequate knowledge of Singapore's Employment Act/regulations and payroll regulations.
- Proactive, self-driven, highly motivated and has excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Resilient and determined personality that wants changes for excellence.
- Adaptable to work in a matrix, fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Able to work independently and report timely and effectively to the Manager.
- Good project management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications.
