Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and meticulous HR Executive to join our team.

As the first point of contact for employees, you will play a vital role in creating a positive employee experience. This position is responsible for a range of HR administrative functions, including managing contract renewals, and organising events to foster a collaborative and engaging workplace.

Job Description:

  • Liaise with operations and employees on Re-employment, Conversion to Perm, and Fixed Term contract renewal matters.
  • Handle employee onboarding, which includes conducting 1st Day New Hires Orientation and badge collection.
  • Facilitate work pass renewal.
  • Coordinate and organise engagement sessions.
  • Handle employee offboarding.
  • Provide support for Townhall and company events.
  • Perform any other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in HR administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Must be a good team player, meticulous and able to communicate confidently.
