Roles and responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be a part of the HR Team, the incumbent will be managing the HR day-to-day operations for the assigned business unit and not limited to the following:
. Manages full cycle of monthly payroll which includes mid-month payroll, end month payroll and CPF submission.
. Responsible for timely payment and submission of monthly statutory withholdings such as tax, CPF, FWL waiver.
. Manages payroll-related enquires and resolves any discrepancies.
. Submission of tax clearance, yearly income tax, government paid leave, NS claims and other government claims.
. Manages Work-pass related matters inclusive of application/renewals, follow-up, appeals, and support on areas of regulatory/MOM reporting
. Participate in government or statutory board related surveys
. Maintain and update employees personal files, and ensure the employee details are accurate on the payroll system.
. Manages WICA compensation and submission of WICA reports.
. Prepare relevant reports as required by internal stakeholders, such as headcount, payroll, and employee costing allocation for different business units.
. Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor.
Education and Work requirements:
. Diploma in Human Resources Management/ Business Administration or related discipline or 2 years of relevant working experience.
. Good knowledge of local labour laws and regulations.
. Ability to multi-task, independent, interpersonal skills, good team player, and resourceful.
