Job Summary
- Support the organisation's HR capability development and employee engagement initiatives
- Assist in delivering learning and development programmes, onboarding activities, and HR operational support
- Contribute to enhancing employee experience and overall HR effectiveness
The Talent
- Relevant experience in Human Resources or HR operations
- Exposure in government sector is preferred.
- Experience with Workday is advantageous
- Familiarity with competency development and content/collateral design tools such as Canva is preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Good coordination and project management abilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines
Job Description
- Coordinate end-to-end learning and development activities, including programme planning, vendor coordination, enrolment, and post-training evaluation
- Support competency and capability development initiatives across the organisation
- Assist with employee onboarding and staff induction programmes
- Support employee engagement activities such as townhalls and internal events, including communications, design, and event operations
- Provide administrative and operational HR support for ad-hoc projects and HR initiatives
