Job Description

About Company:

Our client is responsible for the sales and marketing of consumer electronics and home appliances in Singapore.

Job Description:

- Provide HR advice to stakeholders with the aim to strengthen and improve organisational structure, including succession planning and talent management.

- Review and improve HR policies and processes to ensure alignment with Employment Act and Tripartite Guidelines.

- Recruitment: includes liaising with Recruitment Agencies, direct recruitment, conduct onboarding and orientation for new employees, etc.

- Facilitate exit for resigned employees.

- Plan and organise training and development activities.

- Track and follow up in processing of staff confirmations and contract renewals etc.

- Preparation of payroll forms and computation of promoters overtime and incentives.

- Act as an approver for employees medical leaves and claims.

- Monthly updating of various reports.

- Follow up on employees enquiries and requests.

- Process HR invoices.

- Day to day HR ad-hoc tasks.

- Support in ad-hoc office facilities matters.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.

- At least 2 - 3 years in a HR Executive role with demonstrated emphasis on utilizing data analytics for strategic decision-making.

- Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions, covering compensation & benefits, employee relations and engagement, performance management, talent management, executive / tech training, internship, and scholarship management.

- Understanding of relevant labor policies, employment laws, and legislation.

- Proficiency in MS Office suite applications, including MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and HR/TM systems.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing abilities.

- Proven track record of effective independent and collaborative work with diverse stakeholders.

- Possesses high standards of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, adept at multitasking and prioritization

Compensation:

- Work location: South East, Singapore

- Within walking distance from MRT Station

- Working hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 5:30pm
