Job Description

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening candidates, arranging interviews and background screening
  • Work closely with department heads to make reasonable recruitment plans and address HR-related concerns
  • Employee Lifecycle Management including onboarding and offboarding processes, orientation, probation confirmation and exit procedures
  • Manage Learning & Development including yearly training analysis, compile training budget, coordinate trainings and maintaining training records
  • Process monthly payroll, CPF submission, IRAS tax filings and administer employee benefits, attendance and leave management using HR software
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports, records and documentation
  • Assist in performance management and employee development programs
  • Provide support and guidance on employee relations matters including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and WSH regulations
  • Other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

  • Diploma/Certificate in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of HR working experience
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, basic Outlook IT knowledge
  • Good communication skills and likes to interact with all levels of people.
