Support end-to-end recruitment for academic and non-academic roles, including international hires
Coordinate interviews, reference checks, contract preparation, and work pass documentation where required
Organise and support onboarding programmes to help new employees integrate smoothly
Maintain and update employee records, including contracts, personal files, and leave records
Track contract renewals, probation periods, and work pass expiry dates
Maintain accurate HR databases and prepare HR reports
Act as a point of contact for employee enquiries and concerns
Support staff welfare and engagement initiatives
Assist in handling disciplinary matters and workplace issues in accordance with company policies and labour regulations
Ensure HR practices comply with relevant labour laws and internal policies
Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures
Prepare documentation for audits and regulatory compliance
Coordinate employee training and professional development activities
Maintain training records and support learning initiatives
