Job Description

1. Learning & Development

  • Support and manage Learning & Development initiatives in line with company policies and compliance requirements
  • Maintain and update training SOPs, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Ensure training records and documentation are audit-ready and well maintained
  • Administer training activities in SAP SuccessFactors LMS (course assignments, records, tracking)
  • Coordinate and track internal and external training sessions
  • Monitor training effectiveness and support continuous improvement
  • Maintain records of attendance, completion, and certifications

2. HRIS Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in SAP SuccessFactors
  • Support HRIS processes across the employee lifecycle (profile creation, updates, learning records)
  • Ensure data integrity for reporting and compliance
  • Provide basic troubleshooting and coordination for HRIS/LMS issues

3. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes (interview coordination, salary proposals, offers, contracts)
  • Manage onboarding administration, including system setup and documentation

4. Employee Engagement & HR Support

  • Plan and support employee engagement activities (e.g. town halls, team bonding)
  • Organise recreational activities
