Job Responsibilities:
Take charge of full spectrum of recruitment cycle and on-boarding for construction workers and office staff
Support all regulatory processes required by MOM, etc. including application of permits, renewals, etc.
Conducts periodic pay surveys schedules and conducts job evaluations prepares pay budgets monitors and schedules individual pay actions recommends, plans, and implements pay structure revisions
Submit insurance claims and claims to various government agencies.
Support the oversight of trainings and certification for workers, including to apply, manage and maintain training grants with statutory bodies
Maintain and update employee's records such as salary adjustment, bio-data.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management
Job Requirements:
Min 3 years of related experience in Construction Industry preferably
Strong knowledge in local employment laws and practices
Ability to work independently and as a team
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
Candidates with lesser year of experience may be consider for Assistant role
