Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to joinour team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily HR operations,managing the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. You willhandle essential administrative duties, ensure regulatory compliance with theMinistry of Manpower (MOM), and foster a supportive environment for our teammembers and interns.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Intern Management

  • Coordinate the full recruitment cycle, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for interns, managing their recruitment, onboarding, progress tracking, and final evaluation.

2. Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, including preparing employment contracts, setting up workstations, and conducting HR briefings.
  • Manage the offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews, preparing release letters, and clearing final dues.

3. Statutory & MOM Compliance

  • Handle the application, renewal, and cancellation of work passes (Employment Pass, S Pass, Work Permit) via the MOM portal.
  • Ensure full compliance with the Employment Act and up-to-date local labor regulations.

4. Leave Management & Government Claims

  • Administer the company's leave tracking system (annual leave, medical leave, childcare leave, etc.).
  • Process and submit all Government-Paid Leave schemes (e.g., Maternity Leave, Paternity Leave, Childcare Leave) via the GPL portal to secure company reimbursements.

5. Training Administration & Records Management

  • Maintain, track, and update employee training logs and professional development records.
  • Assist in identifying training courses and submitting relevant government training grants (e.g., SkillsFuture/SSG grants) where applicable.
  • Maintain meticulously organized physical and digital employee personnel files (filing).

Job Requirements

  • Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in an HR operations or HR generalist role, preferably in Singapore.
  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiar with Info Tech system or leave/payroll software.
  • Local Knowledge: Solid foundational knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and familiarity with MOM portals (EPOL/WPOL) and CPF submissions.
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail excellent communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information with absolute discretion.
