Payroll Administration - Process monthly payroll for employees in a timely and accurate manner - Verify timesheets, overtime claims, and leave records - Prepare and submit CPF contributions and other statutory payments - Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations - Generate payslips and respond to payroll-related employee queries
HR Operations - Maintain employee records and update HR databases - Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes - Prepare employment contracts and HR documentation - Support leave administrations and attendance monitoring - Assist with employee benefits and administration
Work Pass Administration - Manage applications, renewals, and cancellations of employee work passes through the MOM - Monitor work pass expiry dates and ensure timely renewals - Liaise with relevant authorities and external agencies regarding work pass matters - Ensure compliance with regulations set by the Ministry of Manpower - Maintain accurate records of employees work pass status
Recruitment Support - Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings and interview scheduling - Assist hiring managers in the recruitment process - Support onboarding and orientation for new employees
Compliance & Reporting - Ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws and statutory requirements - Assist in preparing HR reports and payroll summaries - Support HR Audits and documentation when required
General HR Support - Provide administrative support to HR initiatives and projects - Handle employee enquiries related to HR policies and procedures - Support recruitment coordination when required
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
3-5 years of HR experience, preferably with payroll processing
Familiarity with Singapore Payroll, CPF Submissions, and labor regulations
Experience handling work pass matters will be an advantage
Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Able to handle confidential information with professionalism
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Words is required
