Job Description

  • Payroll Administration
    - Process monthly payroll for employees in a timely and accurate manner
    - Verify timesheets, overtime claims, and leave records
    - Prepare and submit CPF contributions and other statutory payments
    - Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations
    - Generate payslips and respond to payroll-related employee queries
  • HR Operations
    - Maintain employee records and update HR databases
    - Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes
    - Prepare employment contracts and HR documentation
    - Support leave administrations and attendance monitoring
    - Assist with employee benefits and administration
  • Work Pass Administration
    - Manage applications, renewals, and cancellations of employee work passes through the MOM
    - Monitor work pass expiry dates and ensure timely renewals
    - Liaise with relevant authorities and external agencies regarding work pass matters
    - Ensure compliance with regulations set by the Ministry of Manpower
    - Maintain accurate records of employees work pass status
  • Recruitment Support
    - Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings and interview scheduling
    - Assist hiring managers in the recruitment process
    - Support onboarding and orientation for new employees
  • Compliance & Reporting
    - Ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws and statutory requirements
    - Assist in preparing HR reports and payroll summaries
    - Support HR Audits and documentation when required
  • General HR Support
    - Provide administrative support to HR initiatives and projects
    - Handle employee enquiries related to HR policies and procedures
    - Support recruitment coordination when required

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably with payroll processing
  • Familiarity with Singapore Payroll, CPF Submissions, and labor regulations
  • Experience handling work pass matters will be an advantage
  • Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Able to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Words is required
