Job Description

HR Executive:

Job scope:

  1. Manage the frontline/ HQ recruitment process from sourcing candidates till candidates are selected by hiring managers.
  2. Identify staffing needs with hiring managers including to determine selection criteria and to prioritise their requirements.
  3. Conduct pre-screen calls to assess candidates CV information in the resume before shortlisting to hiring managers.
  4. Schedule and conduct interviews with hiring managers if necessary.
  5. Prepare the necessary documents before candidates on board.
  6. Provide recruitment support in posting ads, schedule and coordinate job interviews.
  7. Onboarding new hire, perform orientations and update records of new staff.
  8. Participation in HR projects and initiatives.
  9. Assist day to day operations of HR functions and duties
  10. Any other ad-hoc HR duties assigned

Requirements:

  1. Diploma in HR or its equivalent
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience as HR Executive or similar roles
  3. Experience in F&B positions is an added advantage.
  4. Proficient in social media, CV databases, and professional networks
  5. Driven, resourceful with a strong sense of urgency.
  6. Self-motivation, a strong desire to succeed and a resilient nature.
  7. Good communication skills and networking capabilities.

Additional Notes

  • 5-day workweek.
  • Official working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Friday is WFH.
