As part of the HR Business Partnering team, you will support workforce and HR operational initiatives within a fast-paced public sector environment. This role is suitable for HR professionals who enjoy stakeholder engagement, recruitment coordination, and hands-on HR support.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business units to understand manpower needs and provide practical HR support and solutions
Support recruitment activities including interview coordination, onboarding, and candidate engagement
Handle day-to-day employee queries and HR-related matters
Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives, policies, and process improvements
Support ad-hoc HR projects and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business, Psychology, or related disciplines
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Resourceful, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Prior HRBP or HR operations experience will be advantageous
