About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage the full spectrum of HR functions. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, organized, and able to support both operational and strategic HR activities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Staffing: Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Work Pass Administration: Handle the full lifecycle of foreign employees passes, including applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Payroll & Benefits: Prepare and process monthly payroll, CPF submissions, bonuses, and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Employee Relations & Compliance: Support investigations, manage employee grievances, and ensure compliance with MOM and employment regulations.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee onboarding, confirmation, performance appraisal, and offboarding processes.
- HR Documentation: Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR systems.
- Ad-hoc Duties: Assist in HR projects or other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3 years of HR experience (generalist or HR executive role preferred).
- Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, CPF, and MOM regulations.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR/payroll systems (e.g. InfoTech, JustLogin, or similar).
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking staff.
- Able to work independently and handle confidential information professionally.
