Duties:
- Handle recruitment processes: job postings, screening resumes, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and leave management.
- Support performance appraisal processes and employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate training programs and staff development activities.
- Serve as a point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and management.
Requirements:
- Min Dip/ Deg in HR or any relevant educational qualifications
