- Manage and administer Government Grant applications, claims, and reporting (e.g., ECDA, SSG, WSG grants) in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with relevant government agencies and stakeholders to ensure accurate submissions and documentation.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records related to grants, subsidies, and funding initiatives.
- Prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports using Excel with strong attention to accuracy and presentation.
- Work closely with Finance and Management teams to track and reconcile grant disbursements and claims.
- Support general HR functions when required, such as recruitment documentation, staff onboarding, or audits.
- Ensure HR records are updated and compliant with audit and MOM requirements.
- Assist in HR projects, policy reviews, and system enhancements related to HR and funding processes.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on Government Grants reporting and administration.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, reporting, etc.).
- Meticulous and detail-oriented, with a high degree of accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - able to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Positive, proactive attitude with a team-player mindset.
- Able to commence work immediately or within a short notice period (less than 1 month).
