Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support in HR functions such as onboarding, staff confirmation, and offboarding.
- Manage payroll operations, ensuring accurate monthly payroll processing, including bank transmission and CPF contributions.
- Prepare and submit annual IR8A filings in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Handle the submission of statutory government claims, including various leave and compensation claims.
- Administer applications, renewals, and cancellations for work and dependent passes.
- Maintain employee data accuracy and oversee personnel files and other HR documentation.
- Manage employee benefits programs encompassing health insurance, health screenings, wellness initiatives, and more.
- Act as the point of contact for employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits.
- Assist in organizing company events and training sessions.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to streamline and enhance HR processes.
- Carry out any other ad-hoc HR-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and accounting systems, such as SAP, is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on data accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach in team interactions.
- IHRP-CP/CA certification is an added advantage.
