Job Description

Brief Summary

Join a dynamic team as an HR Generalist, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing HR functions and processes. You will support various HR initiatives, ensuring a seamless experience for employees.

Responsibilities

  1. Provide comprehensive support in HR functions such as onboarding, staff confirmation, and offboarding.
  2. Manage payroll operations, ensuring accurate monthly payroll processing, including bank transmission and CPF contributions.
  3. Prepare and submit annual IR8A filings in accordance with regulatory standards.
  4. Handle the submission of statutory government claims, including various leave and compensation claims.
  5. Administer applications, renewals, and cancellations for work and dependent passes.
  6. Maintain employee data accuracy and oversee personnel files and other HR documentation.
  7. Manage employee benefits programs encompassing health insurance, health screenings, wellness initiatives, and more.
  8. Act as the point of contact for employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits.
  9. Assist in organizing company events and training sessions.
  10. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to streamline and enhance HR processes.
  11. Carry out any other ad-hoc HR-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
  3. Proficient in MS Office applications.
  4. Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and accounting systems, such as SAP, is preferred.
  5. Strong attention to detail and focus on data accuracy.
  6. Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach in team interactions.
  7. IHRP-CP/CA certification is an added advantage.
